MessageYeah, I sensed there was a need for this bill as the UCA's millitary manifesto lost the votes of me and labour because of proposals 1 and 3, so I thought I'd do the second proposal on its own. It looks like it worked. We'll have the majority even if the FMP vote against it (which they will).
