Message | As God gave us the ability to fabricate these weapons, so it is his will that we use these weapons for our well-being and progress. In fact, this means deterrence and the strategical usage of them. |

Message | We support the second article however feel that by researching the technology we also research effective countermeasures to these threats. |

Message | The challenge with research is that it requires we guard the facilities doing that research. Though we may never use chemical or biological weapons, each stockpile we use to develop countermeasures is a stockpile of weapons waiting to be stolen and used against us. Given the likelihood of being attacked with chemical or biological weapons, this seems an unnecessary risk. |

Message | If a international agreement could be reached then we would support the bill but at the moment we need to reserve all options in the defence of Malivia. |

Message | We feel that there is a very real risk of chemical or biological attack given the current international climate. Thus we should continue to develop effective counter measures. Should the international arena settle to a peaceful state or we are convinced that the internal threat is larger then an external threat we would support discontinuing our research. Until such time we do not support the first article. |

Message | This is one issue we do not feel there can be compromise on. Someone must set an example for the world, and we see no better nation to do so then our own. |
