Date | 15:48:46, December 03, 2006 CET | From | Refuge Pressure Party | To | Debating the The Genocide Weapons Disbandment Bill |
Message | These weapons are designed to be non-discriminatory. When used they kill everyone and everything. They are not weapons to attack another nation's military, but weapons to attack other nation's civilians. That is genocide, that is mass-muder, that is a war crime. |

Message | that is why we will only use them if our enemies do so first. We will respond in kind to their atatcks and not use them otherwise. If we have them the attack will not come for no government wishes the death of it's own people. |

Message | "They did it first" is not an excuse for mass-murder and genocide. The people of such an attacking country would not have been behind the decision to use WMD's, what right have we have to kill innocent lives because of the actions of their despot government. And to think that nuclear capabilities is a detterant is just bizzare. Any government leader that is ready to use WMD against us has already cast aside any notion of civility and care for human life, they would not fear the deaths of their own civilians. What would deter them is the knowledge that our respnse would be a military move against him personally, and for that we need to rely on our armed forces and not a nuke or a germ bomb. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
