Bill: OOC: Religion in Gaduridos

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Fascisti

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2327

Description[?]:

I noticed in this thread http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7115&mforum=particracy
we are apparently
Christianity (Catholic; 40%, Church of the Gadurdo; 20%) (60%)
None (30%)
Buddhism (10%).

I don't even know where the hell "Church of the Gadurdo" came from (and "Gadurdo" is such a horrible term).

I propose the following:
Christian 70% (50% Catholic, 10% Protestant, 10% Brotherhood of the Fascisti)
Agnostic 15%
Atheist 10%
Miscellaneous 5%

Open to suggestion, but my reasoning for the above is basically: I don't think Buddhism fits into our culture at all, and as to my own Brotherhood, I think 10% is a reasonable number considering the National Fascisti's influence, and the fact that at one stage in time, everyone in Gaduridos was part of the Brotherhood of the Fascisti.

MessageYeah, no Buddhism, no Gadurdo. We could have a 5% (or whatever) misc for all those other religions we couldn't be bothered specifying. 10% Fascisti is fine.

MessageI like those numbers except maybe add another protestant/non catholic demonation for the non-fascist/non-catholics

Also, the FMG approching 140 years of service as a party, we've talked about these numbers 3 times now in that time

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
