Bill: Diplomatic Re-organisation Act 2326
Details
Submitted by[?]: Radical Alliance
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2326
Description[?]:
That the legislature of Solentia: 1.) Notes that Solentia is at present the sole member of both the AXIS League and the Axis Mundi International Treaty; 2.) Draws the distinction between the above-mentioned agreements and The Axis Agreement which has a thriving membership; 3.) Recognises the futility of a single-member international treaty; 4.) Recognises that The AXIS League is technically pending ratification in the Republic of Cobura, but that this bill has stagnated and the chances of its passage continuing are noticeably small to the extent that it can be assumed the bill will never be voted on; 5.) Re-states its commitment to The Axis Agreement and 6.) Without making comment as to the potential usefulness of the treaties themselves, and purely in the spirit of efficiency and reduction of unnecessary bureaucracy... ... hereby withdraws Solentia from i.) AXIS League and ii.) Axis Mundi International Treaty |

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play. |
