MessageWe will not support this. Article 3 should be moved to 24, and article 2 removed altogether.

MessageWe can discuss article III but why should Citizens be forced to do anything. By all means Civilians and migrants workers should be forced to carry ID, but proof of Citizenship should be something that one wishes to carry, and may need to carry in order to practice the rights and priviledges of a Citizen (such as voting or not being harrassed by the police) but should never be forced to carry.

MessageI'll try again. TO the SNU I say this: who are you trying to fool that teenagers are s? Five minutes with one is guaranteed to prove otherwise.

MessageI see. It wasn't me: the game filters out the word that is at the centre of the debate. <sarcasm>Very clever.</sarcasm> For the record I was talking about coming of age, not - material!

MessageThat got filtered as well? I'm not going to purrsue this any further. To the Rednecks: 21 is a step in the right direction. Voting against this suggests to the public that you prefer the age of 18.

MessageA person is adult when they becom 18 and we stand by that and issuing identity cards that people are not required to carry are a waste of funds and defeats purpose of identity cards.

MessageA Citizen Card would prove eligibility for certain rights and privileges restricted only to Citizens. Remember that only white Christian members of the ruling classes are Citizens in our Holy Empire - it's the rest who should be forced to carry ID, tattoed or whatever!
