| Following our Party Conference, and having reviewed recent attempted legislation, and carried out extensive public polling, we look to introduce the following proposals to the debating chamber. |

Current: Regulation is used to screen out only those with a previous history of child abuse.
Proposed: Adoption is regulated by private, recognised organisations.

Old value:: Animals may not be used for testing cosmetics products.

Proposed: The use of animals to test cosmetic products is unregulated.

Old value:: Works of technology and art are protected by copyright.
