| So as to guarantee that all peoples of the Republic are guaranteed a minimum standard of provision, but so as not to make any direct income provided by the Government to be so comfortable as to not encourage people(s) to seek employment, the Government will provide a minimum income guarantee. This guarantee, provided via State benefit, will be provided to all persons who have no support so as to provide them, in conjunction with other State provided minimums, a guaranteed minimum level of subsistence. This income, the make-up of which will be described in detail below, will not be provided for more than 1 year, or for each proceeding 6 months, unless proof can be provided that the person(s) claiming aforementioned benefit is actively seeking means of employment. Proof of seeking employment can be provided by showing evidence of either: a) Actively utilising State provided employment centres, b) Showing responses from recognised industries and businesses of receipt of completed applications. Failure to provide said information on request will result in the immediate revocation of benefit. Make-up of minimum income guarantee: 30HCR income paid directly into bank account, or cheque collected from local employment centre each week, 50HCR food vouchers collected directly from local employment centre each week. Total income: 4160HCR per annum. |

Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.

| Message | We believe there should be a decrease not a total reduction if they cannot prove they have been looking for employment. After an additional six months with the decrease in fund, it will be cut off or reduced an additional 40%. |
