Whereas, local authorities routinely go from banning all public displays of affection to allowing sexual intercourse, in public, We suggest that the position on this be set nationally, being that sexual intercourse, and only sexual intercourse, is banned in public. |

Message | We feel that this is a measure to be set closer to the people affected. Some of our local governments may have constituanties who have reservations over public displays other than intercourse; others may have no problem with any display of affection whatsoever. Nothing should be regulated on a national level if it does not affect the nation as a whole. |
