| Message | We feel that this is a measure to be set closer to the people affected. Some of our local governments may have constituanties who have reservations over public displays other than intercourse; others may have no problem with any display of affection whatsoever. Nothing should be regulated on a national level if it does not affect the nation as a whole. |
