MessageWe can agree on everything except article 2 as it goes against our believe in the government as a fair institution that will provide the victims of eminent domain with reasonable and fair compensation.

If early election is called and this goes back to debate we ask MSPoH to remove article 2 and you will have our full support.

MessageWe do not agree with article 1, but will support as the other articles are acceptable. Article 1 is just... well, kinda capitalistic.

MessageWe can't support any of this but article 4 is just verging on the rediculous. Public transport needs to be paid for, but giving free transport for people on low incomes is ridiculous as they're the ones who use it more often than not.
We already subsidise low income routes to guarantee service provision but it needs to be paid for. How do you intend to provide that money?
This is why people need to write bill descriptors. It is easy to say "this is what we want to do" but I want to know HOW you intend to do it.

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval.
