| Message | We can't support any of this but article 4 is just verging on the rediculous. Public transport needs to be paid for, but giving free transport for people on low incomes is ridiculous as they're the ones who use it more often than not. We already subsidise low income routes to guarantee service provision but it needs to be paid for. How do you intend to provide that money? This is why people need to write bill descriptors. It is easy to say "this is what we want to do" but I want to know HOW you intend to do it. |
