Message | How so? It was our understanding that the last act took everyone's retirement and placed it into a state run system. There is no option to take some of that money and invest in private accounts. We are merely providing that option. If this is incorrect, please advise. |

Message | we have no problem with that. we assumed the recent law actually just made everyone start paying into a retirement account, rather than confiscating their money, which would be completely wrong and i don't think many of the parties would have voted yes on it otherwise. but if this law is supposed to correct that, we support it even further. in any case, paying some money into a government run retirement account every tax time is fine, and shouldn't prevent people from creating separate retirement plans such as IRAs or trust funds or business run accounts. |

Message | our interpetation is this now permits tax free savings into a retirement (OOC: a 401k or IRA in the US). Previously an individual could save money of course but not receive a tax break on it. We in any case support such a move. |
