Whereas, there is nothing to prevent another nation from gaining virtual economic control over Likatonia by taking over key industries and making us dependent upon them, We hereby propose that the government decide, on a case by case basis, in which industries foreign investment shall be allowed and at what level. we intend that most of the time it will be permitted, but feel the government needs the chance to review each situation. |
