| Message | It is not an issue of saving money, rather to force the use of recycled materials rather then the cheaper alternatives. It is far easier to toss waste away then to recycle it. However by making recycling mandatory, we avoid the need to mine or produce as much raw material. Since the environment is a national resource it must be handled nationally. |
