Message | Allowing the firing of strikers guarantees employers will attempt to lowball workers at every point, holding termination over their heads during any negotiation. Workers are required to hold a ballot to hold a strike, but under current law employers are allowed to fire any striker without any reciprocal provisions. This merely evens the playing field in labor relations. |
