Message | We must protect our defence industries as a national concern: not leave them to the whims of the dog-eat-dog marketplace. And regulating prices is just wrong! |
Date | 18:34:34, December 21, 2006 CET | From | Christian People's Party (IA) | To | Debating the SWSPF Act |
Message | waste is waste and the worst waste is the waste of public funds. We have to be business savy, if we keep subsidising companies we will end up with alot of bad to mediocre companies that rely on subsidise for there survival. We need only the best companies that know how to make a profit to strengthen our economy and to make us more competitive on the international market. We need a strong economy. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
Random quote: “Their cheap talk of the 'greater good' is a thinly concealed excuse for subordinating the people to the institutionalized violence that is the state.” - Margaret Woodhall, former Dranian politician |
