We propose this spending bill in compromise with the concerns of the LITP, a bill made possible by the new corporate and luxury taxes, while still allowing for somewhat of a tax cut for the Likatonian working class. |

| Message | Since the LITP has stated it would not oppose the previous budget bill, and we have nevertheless compromised, we feel that we can bring this to a vote. We feel that the increases, which are the same and were not asked to be lowered, in social and educational spending should keep the socialist parties satisfied as well. |
