Description[?]:
With article 1 what will occur when the police are backed up by the military in times of emergencies will engrain into the public of the Hobrazia that they are not living in a police state or military-state. Also, emergencies would include flooding, earthquakes, civil unrest, political instability as well as other instances. Article 3 will protect Hobrazian security as why should we be sending biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons to just any nation in our world. Just because they are an ally today doesn't mean they will be an ally in fifty years. With only exporting conventional weapons we limit a great threat of a biological, chemical, or nuclear attack on our nation. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
