| Whereas, It currently is unfortunately the case that a couple who gets married in a foreign nation may not necessarily have their marriage recognized in Likatonia, and Whereas, a married couple is a married couple and should not be forced to renew their vows in Likatonia to be recognized as such, We hereby propose that Likatonia acknowledge all foreign marriages, regardless of any domestic limitations on them. |
