Message | So wait, we sell Government operated farms producing a few vital crops which guarantee that the poor always have a limited amount of food but then subsidise the operation of those same farms by paying money to the private sector to run those farms for us, so we win how exactly? We should not be giving money to the private sector to do something we're already doing. In regards article 2, why are we allowing local governments the ability to take peoples land from them and forcibly split farms into smaller, less productive units? If we want to maintain farming as a profitable business that people will actually want to be involved with, then the risk of having their farms land taken away from them would reduce any persons wish to become involved in said business. This bill would be extremely bad for the farmers and even worse for the Government and the poor. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
