| Al'Badara has survived over 200 years with these symbols and icons. We feel that it is time for change. The outdated Wal Adalati Wal Salam ("With Peace and With Justice") was a symbol of the original absolute monarchy, the elective monarchy, the first Republic, the fascist republic, the socialist republic, and now the United Majatran Republic. The history of blood this saying holds is a sure sign to us that it needs to be replaced. The new national motto shall be As-Salamu Alaykum ("Peace be upon you"). The city of Dar al Badara, capital for almost all the nation's history had changed twice before. For a brief period the Capital was moved south when the nation was controlled by fascist, and for another brief period it was moved th Vashti during the civil war to protect the UMR. Henceforth, the capital shall be the true home of the United Majatran Republic, Vashti. The Crowned Eagle has always been a royal symbol of the monarchy that was taken down so many years ago. It is in need of replacement. |
