| While the Capitalist Party is against abortion and believes it to be murder, we are a practical party and know that banning it will lead to back street abortions and mothers dying. We also know that the current law is leading to this, we therefore propose to allow abortions in the first 12 weeks of a pregnancy and after that only in a medical emergency such as the mother's life being in danger. |
