Bill: Sexual Education Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Marxist-Socialist Party of Hobrazia
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2339
Description[?]:
We believe at the MSPoH that it should be up to the local schools to decide when to teach children sexual education because they will be able to understand clearly when certain students should learn. With the policy now, they could teach the children at 6, it does not secure the children's innocence from sexual education more then local administrations deciding when. |

Proposal[?] to change Sexual education in schools.
Old value:: Schools have an obligation to give sexual education at some point in puberty.
Current: Schools have an obligation to give sexual education at some point in puberty.

Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 16:23:56, January 02, 2007 CET | From | Hobrazian Peoples Party | To | Debating the Sexual Education Act |
Message | We will not support this as we believe that there should be the same regulations in the whole country. We suggest that the MSPoH propose a regulation on what should be the rules of sexual education and then let the parliament discuss that to avoid the problems the MSPoH fear. Also we believe that it should be obligated for schools to give sexual education and by this proposal they do not need to which, with our pornographic laws and pornographic loving parties, will be dangerous to our youth. |
Date | 22:45:18, January 02, 2007 CET | From | National Imperial Hobrazian Front | To | Debating the Sexual Education Act |
Message | Sexual education is an important part of the Hobrazian schools as parents may fail to teach their children about pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and the benefits (and limitations) of condom use. To remove it from a school's curriculum is dangerous. |
