Message | We oppose this bill. You are always free to buy organic food, as a lot of people do. Or, if you perfer cheaper but less healthy food, you can buy the food with pesticides. It's all about people's priorities in life, and people should set their priorities, not government. |
Date | 13:39:26, July 14, 2005 CET | From | Libertarian Party | To | Debating the Regarding the Use of Pesticides |
Message | No. Regulating the use of pesticides would kill some agricultural businesses and hinder our agricultural production. |

Message | How about they have to list what chemicals have been used on their fruits. That way people can make their own minds up. |
Date | 02:39:06, July 15, 2005 CET | From | Dorvik-Nazz Party | To | Debating the Regarding the Use of Pesticides |
Message | We will compromise. Our party is in major overhaul right now, due to our poor showing in the last election, and our new leadership has pushed for a move towards the center. So, yes, we will change the proposal to: "Farmers are required to list chemicals used on their crops." Still, we do not believe that pesticides should be used at will. Indeed, some are extremely dangerous to human health. |
Date | 02:57:18, July 17, 2005 CET | From | Free Citizens Alliance | To | Debating the Regarding the Use of Pesticides |
Message | Government regulation is, in this party's opinion, not needed on this subject. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
