Details

Submitted by[?]: AM Populist Social Democrats

Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: November 2341

Description[?]:

Whereas, We believe that all workers should be permitted to work under reasonable and safe working conditions, and

Whereas, We believe the current lack of enforcement of regulations in that area is awful for employees, and

Whereas, We also believe that the right to strike for better conditions should be as unlimited as feasible,

We hereby propose to reinstate the legal status of all secondary strike action, and also to regulate health and safety rather than merely make recommendations that employers will usually ignore to enhance their profits. Furthermore,

Whereas, This proposal has less chance to pass if it does not additionally somehow limit the national government in some other area, and

Whereas Museums are desirable but not vital,

We shall also propose the full devolution of museum funding to local governments.
