Accepting that heinous crimes should be punished severely, whilst also accepting that in almost all cases there is always a possibility of doubt, the Government shall, hencsforth, no longer sanction the use of the Death Penalty for any crimes. Rather, those crimes that would have aforementioned penalty shall now be modified to life imprisonment without chance of parole. |
