ARTICLE I: A complete ceasefire between the Fourth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu and the Dynastic Commonwealth of Pontesi. ARTICLE II: A phased withdrawel of Pontesian troops on the following time scale, to be replaced by the Cildania/Kanjor/Selucia peacekeeping force: Within 5 Years: Removal of 100,000 Pontesian troops Within 10 Years: Removal of 120,000 Pontesian troops Within 15 Years: Removal 135,000 Pontesian troops This will leave 5,000 Pontesian troops in the region ARTICLE III: All police operations will fall under the control of the neutral peacekeeping alliance. ARTICLE IV: Both sides will continue these talks to discuss future de-militarisation and the issue of sovereignty over Tadraki and Endlid |
