Surely the most important qualification of living in Likatonia is the desire to be here. We welcome everyone on terra to our country. Secondly - as a prosperous nation, we feel it Likatonia's duty to share wealth. As such, we propose the change to our aid policy. |

Message | We oppose both , but article 1 only mildly and article 2 strongly We question our allowing rapists, murderers, and theives to settle here. I don not think this is in our citizens best interests. Given the deserved and massive spending cuts passed by our current government; giving high levels of aid seems impossible. |

Message | Article 2 we might support, although we would prefer "moderate" aid. The others we firmly oppose. We should allow immigrants who have a lot to contribute to society, and refugees who it would be abhorrent to refuse due to their conditions, and reject other potential immigrants. |
