| In order to reduce unemployment and overpopulation in Hobrazia, a stricter refugee policy is needed. Only refugees that are victims of extreme circumstances would be welcome in Hobrazia. Extreme circumstances will be defined as following: a) Torture or physical violence.Risk of being executed/murdered upon return to the country of origin. Victims of incarceration, persecution, torture, physical and mental abuse, cruel and unusual punishments based on victim's political, religious, racial, sexual and other opinions and beliefs. b) Severe lack of nutrition (food, water).Lack of access to medical services. c) Death or injury due to an impending natural/environmental disaster. |
