Whereas, We believe that it is time to return to a more punitive policy toward lawbreakers, and

Whereas, Requiring work from prisoners will help prevent recidivism by getting those who are used to making their money through criminal activity more used to having to work every day, and

Whereas, There are some crimes so heinous that the death penalty is an imperative,

We hereby propose to require prisoners to work a regular work week to help pay for the expense of their incarceration, and that in a few extreme circumstances the death penalty may be applied.
