In line with our policies, we present the following for consideration. |

Old value:: Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters.
Current: Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters.
Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the entire course of the pregnancy.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The nation's defence industry.
Old value:: The state owns national defence industries but these exist alongside privately owned defence industries.
Current: The state owns all defence industries.
Proposed: Defence industries are privately owned and not subsidised.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning the visitation of foreign missionaries.
Old value:: The government has no policy concerning the visitation of foreign missionaries.
Current: The government determines which missionaries are permitted to visit on a person by person basis.
Proposed: Foreign missionaries are welcomed and encouraged by the government.
Article 4
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning the use of nuclear weaponry in warfare.
Old value:: The nation reserves the right to nuclear weapons in retaliation to a nuclear, chemical or biological attack.
Current: The nation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in retaliation to any attack.
Proposed: The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare.

Proposal[?] to change The policy with respect to nuclear weaponry.
Old value:: The nation reserves the right to develop, produce and store nuclear arms.
Current: The nation reserves the right to develop, produce and store nuclear arms.
Proposed: The nation shall never produce or store nuclear weaponry for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.
Article 6

Old value:: Education is entirely public and free; private schools are banned.
Current: There is a free public education system and a small number of private schools, which are heavily regulated to ensure they teach adequate skills and information.
Proposed: There is a free public education system alongside private schools.

Taxation of religious institutions.
Old value:: All religious income, despite the use, is taxed.
Current: Religions are treated as companies, and all profit is taxed, however, charitable donations are not taxed.

Old value:: The salaries and pensions of ministers of religions shall be regulated by the law, but shall be borne by the religious communities themselves.
