| It is the view of the PLPL that endangered and dangerous wild animals should only be kept in zoos, to prevent extinction in the first case and for public safety reasons in the second. It is also the view of the PLPL that domesticated animals should be licensed by local governments to be sure they have the needed shots. We therefore propose those reforms. |
