MessageHobaism basically has 3 holiday periods.
20th June - 30th June. Celebration of mid-summer when the Sun is at its height and the day its longest.
30th October - 9th November. Celebration of those who have been before (died) and inviting them to feast with the living.
28th December - 6th January. Celebration of the New Year. A large tree cut from the sacred forest is burned throughout and the ashes the taken by each of the tribes.
I'll put a full and detailed version into the Wiki when I get a chance to write the Hobaism part on there. Actual modern work exemption would, obviously, not be for each of those 3+ weeks (nothing would get done and everyone would be drunk!).

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
