| This bill is propsed for the purpose of halting any attempts to unnessesarily spill Baltusian blood on a forgein front. Article 1 No invasion of a forgein countries soil or in the air above it on the soil iteself or in the countries nationally claimed waters of the country without the consent of all the signator parties Article 2 Signators (listed below) only remain signators as long as their parties remain active if they inactivate thier signatorship shall be lost.
