| In many issues the local governments are much better aware of local conditions & needs, being more effective, quicker and cheaper in their actions. Furthermore, there's already too much bureaucracy in the central government which just causes extra expenses, inefficiency and waste of time. Local governments can make important, responsible decisions themselves too: the central government isn't always needed. |
