Whereas, We would like to see the laborers of Likatonia able to work under better conditions, but Whereas, We fully recognize the rights of the terms employers negotiate with unions, but Whereas, We think it is desirable if other alternatives are available to workers, We hereby propose that the government give encouragement to-- although not force in any way-- the creation of Democratic Workers' Councils. |
