This is not a violation of freedom of speech/the press! Americas 1st amendment is freedom of speech/the press, and they have libel and slander laws! Falsehoods are not included in freedom of speech. I'm not saying you can't say the praetor has a choad, just as long as it's true! (And by the way, if it is, I don't want to know how you know.) |
