Description[?]:
Recently the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs gained allot of powerful options, http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=42&mforum=particracy I would like to ask the Council to approve the next 'Confidence Act': Article 1: As a Minister of Foreign Affairs, chosen by the people, he/she has to agree with the MFA Act of 2081. Article 2: Minister of Foreign Affairs act as approved by the National Council. Article 3: MFA act containing a statement that obligates the Minister of Foreign Affairs to follow some confidence issues: a.) If the MFA is planning to create treaties with other nations and submit them to the legislature for ratification, he/she has to consult this first with the National Council b.) If the MFA is planning to manage intelligence (espionage, counterespionage, a.o.), he/she has to consult this first with the National Council. c.) If the MFA is planning to do any other activity of great importance concerning our nation or any other nation in the world, he/she has to consult this first with the National Council. d.) The MFA is obligated to maintain his trust from the National Council. Article 4: If any of these points are violated, the National Council has to resign the MFA from his/her post (by forming a new cabinet) |

Message | 3.b and maybe c can potentially weaken our national security by eliminating secrecy. Any member can see any bill going through the national council, even from other countries. We have to keep some power in the hands of the executives. |
