| IN order to ensure the long-term preservation of the Imperial Republic, we hereby propose the following measures to protect our nation for our children. Article I: The government shall require all industry to take moderate measures to reduce pollutants in their output. Article II: To combat smog in urban areas and for the long-term stewardship of the ozone layer, we propose that a small tax break be given to those individuals who choose drive hybrid, electric, or biodiesel automobiles. Furthermore, all metropolitan areas must start an ad campaign to encourage public transportation. Article III: In order to preserve our forests as well as to ensure the security of the logging industry, all trees cut down for timber must be replaced with a sapling of the same species. |
