MessageCapitalists are obviously and merely more stoopidooooooooo (sorry I read this "word few hours ago and laughed a lot ... too much for a good laugh, too much all alone).
The government wants to promote sports ... well, problem is with what money in a poor country?
You can say that you research cloning or that you go far away to the stars, who cares, people love these but won't check you if it was true or not, a success or not, but when you promote sports on the streets of East Berlin - for example - is harder ... cause all people with money pays tickets in the West Berlin Stadiums and all people with a penny will rather buy a bread and run after a chicken ... instead of a ball with (bah!) "game rules' on the streets of the local "Policemen rules" ... Let private clubs stay private for most of the sports loved by any majority of the population ... But ... schools must promote these same sports and even others and the industry or other market activities must support the sports without same importance for the majority of the hereditarian TV watchers as the sports from the first category. I don't know what to vote till I check the alternatives from the LAWS PAGE ... must check education variables, entertainment and sports ...

MessageI must ad how some clubs use public and governmental support, meanwhile some private stadiums or great halls are making a marginal advantage from these "gov.-supported" sports sharing the facilites in any competition ... The nice part comes when these marginal advantage is boosting the image of a wealthy economy through Bets and Lottery Agencies which are welcomed in countries, not yet strong economically, but at least not poor ... It seems to me that ours is somekind of a Poor country ... if I could have some economic details to discuss on or some more social graphs and indepth opinions also could be helpful ...

MessageIf the country is poor ... even when we vote YES for such a Bill we may not be able to respect it ... It is good to have a contribution fom both sides, but in sports these contributions are benefacting the governing bureacrat who lives behind doors and not the sport players ... The best way is to have a Bets&Lottery agency to survey the "real" corectness in sport activities ... I don't see why we have to vote YES ... it is burdening the budgets spendings and the taxes, while in exchange is just enlarging the staff employed as related to "urban standards" which this country (poor) may not have yet. So I prefere to say NO, unless if the laws will reffer to local representatives in the side by side actions of support and if the press will get free access to more from these sport activities ... and if the private support is not having more than one sport club ... well complexity makes things hard in this "easy" game ... We vote NO

MessageI want to come back here again ... because it is important to know that you understand somethings: sports atracts more wishes than energy and releases less efforts than it is needed ... then where is going the surpluses of wishes or efforts? It goes with the lotteries and bets and it goes with some specifical publicity and voices around and enthusiasm and it goes with some corrupted way of management ... from which none of the local people - private or gov.- don't wanna lose something ... And some are still doing a good job, but to hold these activities apart from other sectors ... from politics in the region, from economy, from society which is not corrpted by these sportish dreams means to have a better law than these already offered here to vote for ... However I prefere to vote NO. ... And I hardly find another law to fit this sports acitvities in the lists offered by this game so I will not propose a new bill on this subject or if I will it will be one from the last to vote here.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
