| In order that all children be able to completely emerse themselves in the word of the Lord Hoba and the Spirits through the teachings of the One True Voice, Alan be Praised, the Government will allow officially State registered religions to set up and operate scholastic institutions. These institutions will be expected to follow and maintain the National Curriculum as all other educational institutions are expected, but may further expand upon other areas without Government interference as they deem necessary. In order for a religion to be "recognised" they must conform to the following criteria: - Have a minimum of 1 million members in Imperial Census; - 2/3rds positive vote of acceptance in Imperial Cabinet.
