November 2087 Announcement from the Government of the Federated States of Rutania
This press message was released by the Government of the Federated States of Rutania. The Government of the Federated States of Rutania would like to offer its sincere condolences to the victims of the October Delvar high school shooting and their friends and relatives.
We have learned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the police will thoroughly investigate this incident, and especially how a frustrated student was able to get his hands on a gun and ammunition. The Federated States of Rutania has a very strict policy when it comes to weapons, but the State of Delvar is traditionally a nest of gun enthusiasts who own and purchose guns in defiance of the Federal law, and it's very likely that the source of the weapon can be found in those circles.
Therefore we have requested the State Government of Delvar to take immediate action in order to ensure the law is respected, and to disarm the Delvarian National Guard at once. We do hope that the gun freaks in Delvar now realise why we adopted such a strict policy on weapons in the first place.
Obviously we should not solely concentrate on where the gun came from, we must also find out why that student (whose name will not be revealed at the request of his relatives) committed such a horrible crime, and why no one knew anything about his frustrations or the source of his frustrations before it was too late.Signed, the Government of the Federated States of Rutania

March 2087 Announcement from the Government of the Socialist Commonwealth of New Endralon
This press message was released by the Government of the Socialist Commonwealth of New Endralon. We feel it is gravely unfortunate that the republic of Baltusia takes offence to our colonising of the Wastelands of Kizenia , to say it was a great country before our arrival would seem only to stress your dislike of us which whilst struggling to understand we sadly accept.
We would point out the only party to take a firm stand against our socialist economy has received only 5 seats out of 457 in our most recent election , Also if any of the refugees fleeing Endralon with us or joining us during the exodus did not understand our intents we truly doubt this is from our own fault. All citizens in new endralon are welcome to work through democracy to change our system or to leave if they so wish.
As for our gun laws , well we feel light liscencing regulations are at times the only practical solution during times of unrest . Although I suspect you would prefer us to ban them? As a government in favour of the withering of the state we feel workers need to be organised into militias to defend themselves rather than to rely on a military force , we also feel that should we ever become as evil as you portray us the workers must be able to rise against us.
I find it unlikely that we will be reciprocating your boycott as we have no intent to inflame the situation.
However as a democratic government we feel before such a decision is made it must be passed through legislature. Although we respect the Baltusian executives right to do this without such measures being completed.Signed, the Government of the Socialist Commonwealth of New Endralon

The Government of the Republic Of Baltusia hereby condemn the facist government of exiles in the country of 'New Endralon'. The once great country of Kizenia has been ruined by these exiles. The government of Baltusia condemns their actions.Signed, the Government of the Republic of Baltusia

The sun rises on the first day of 2087. Last night was a night of partying and celebration; today is quiet. The New Year brings a chance to reflect on the
