Citizens of Luthori were horrified as news came through of a shooting spree in a small school in the Duchy of Utagia. Allan Williams, a frustrated student fed up with school work, entered the school this yesterday morning armed with a gun and began shooting students and teachers indiscriminately. After killing 7 people and wounding 21 more, Allan Williams committed suicide before being arrest by law enforcement. Former teacher George Martin told reporters how the community was still in a state of shock and how this tragedy would haunt Luthori for years to come.
