Announcement from the Government of the Federated States of Rutania

This press message was released by the Government of the Federated States of Rutania.

The Government of the Federated States of Rutania would like to announce that it intends to greatly enhance border security along the border between Rutania and the Beluzian Republic in light of the continued raids made by the Paramilitary wing of the People's Populist Party. These raids are illegal, unsuccessful and a major hindrance to good relations with the Beluzian Republic.

Although the People's Populist Party of Beluzia considers itself at war with us, the Federated States of Rutania does not recognise that a state of war exists between our nation and the Beluzian Republic and calls upon the Beluzian Government to put an end to the raids into our territory.

If this does not happen then further action may have to be taken by the military of Rutania to stop these raids and to destroy the PPP's paramilitary wing.

Signed;

Bruce Dickinson,
Foreign Minister,

Signed,
the Government of the Federated States of Rutania

New Year's Day 2095 Celebrations

An eventful year has come to an end. Looking back, we see that many people have reason to consider themselves fortunate - while many others can rightfully say that chance has not been on their side. The same is true of countries: we've seen good times and bad across the world. But, as we pass into the year 2095, the whole world is united in hope for the future.
