| The Socialist League is a multy-tendency socialist political movement which operates in Rutania. It was founded in 2621 with the name of "Libertarian Socialist League of Rutania", with the will to unite rutanian socialists of different tendencies. In 2627 it took the present denomination, rejecting reformist ideas within it till that moment, and moving more through forms of "revolutionary gradualism" (mutuated from Malatesta). At the present moment it include: - Revolutionary Socialists (marxist): (i.e. everyone who stands for the teachings of Daniel De Leon, William Morris, Rosa Luxemburg, Jean Zyromski, and so on). - Libertarian Socialists (social-libertarian/anarcho-socialists): (i.e. everyone who stands for the teachings of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon / mutualism, Murray Bookchin / social ecology, George Orwell, and so on). - Green politics-Supporters: many activists involved in the defence of environment and ecology against the destrucions operated by the Rule of Capital. The Socialist League stands for a libertarian and democratic form of Socialism; it supports: - The self-management and producers' ownership of the means of Production through free Democratic Workers' Councils (DWC). - In the not less important aspects of human life, outside the economic field, the self-management of everyone's life, giving to each person the larger possibility to decide of his/her existence and to build his/her life, regulating human relations through free Popular Assemblies at every level (Towns, Communes, Federation) - The remotion of the still existing many obstacles to a completely free and libertarian socialist society. THe bettlerment of the immediate material living conditions for human beeing, letting to each one to take consciousness from his own fight (revolutionary gradualism). - The immediate defence of Nature and Environment, through both immediate reforms for its bettlerment and frontal fight against disruption caused by Capital (GMOs, nuclear, etc.) At the same time it rejects: - Leninism and the theories around State dictatorship because of its authoritarianism. - All the other typologies and forms of Statal burocratization as "Welfare State" or "nationalized (statalized) ownership of the means of productions. In order to realize its goals the Socialist League claim: - The Socialist Change and a New Society can be achieved only democratically by the people, not by the party. - The present roles of the party. Present role of the party are only organization, propaganda and theoretical clarification. - The future role of the Party. The Party, undestandably, will have the absolute majority of votes in a ballot when its ideas are accepted bt the majority of people. At that time a revolutionary fase will be allready taking place in Rutania (and probably in all Artania). This means that workers, dispossessing old owners and smashing Bourgeoise class, will have allready (unlegally) took control of the means of production, placing them in self-management. Is at that point that the Party, winning the ballot, will take some symbolic governing measures, doing the necessary reforms and emendaments to legally legalize the de facto existing reality, demolishing the last reactions of Bourgeoise class. - Between these measures: a) the abolition of the institution-State, replacing it with the creation of an "Artanian Socialist Federation of Rutanian Communes" (ASFORC) b) giving all the control of enterprises in the hands of workers through free Democratic Workers' Council (DWC). - A cultural change, a new future, a new live! The spirit of cooperation between human beeings could prevail on spirit of competition, creating a general attitude of "convivialism" through society. Brotherhood could reduce the importance of goods and services given according everyone's work, and they could more and more given according to the needs. A new communitarian life, in which human beeing and nature reconciliate each one to the other could then be fullfilled. The Socialist League is full member of the International Mutualist Movement (together with the Revolution Freedom Party of Kalistan) and of the Committee for Workers' International (together with the Communist Party marxist-luxemburgist of Cildania), both of which is the rutanian section. The Socialist League also cooperates within the World Desarmement League to achieve a peaceful Terra with no more wars and armed conflict producing ills for common people.
