Nation[?]: Jumhuriat al-Badara (Badara)

Seats[?] in Majlis al-Nuwaab (Council of Representatives)[?]: 0

Description[?]:

The Ancient Order of the White Jasmine form the deep roots of the party, the order was originally dedicated to the pursuit of philosophy, beauty and truth. Formed centuries ago by the wisest scholars from the twin Islands, the Order began as a club where these ancient masters could challenge one another on the Ruqa\'a table (an Ancient Forgotton Board game resembling Chess and Checkers). They derived their name from the White Jasmine tile used in Ruqa\'a, a key element in their favored strategy in the game.

Long dormant and detached from daily politics, the disturbances of recent events has led the Sherif Faisal ibn Ali al-Hilali to re-activate the order into a more modern political party, not all members have been forthcoming however, creating an effective split in the order and its political counterpart.

The Party is dedicated to curbing excesses seen in the current dark days of the Islands and restoring harmony between the people of the twin Islands, hoping to end the disturbing trends of discrimination and persecution exercised by different members of society.

Following the Fall of the NWO and the birth of the New Republic, the White Jasmine Party began to adopt a new direction in Al'Badaran politics, With victory achieved in the 2684 elections, the New White Jasmine Party, under the leadership of Dr. Mansoor Imran following the passing of its previous leader the Sherif Faisal, announced the renaming of the party to the "Welfare and Justice Party" as a part of the party's new direction in the New Republic, However as tribute to the original and ancient Order of the White Jasmine, White Jasmine Symbols were to be retained and a memorial constructed in party headquarters commemorating the achievements of the distinguished members of the party both during, before and after the NWO occupation of the Islands.

The Party remains dedicated to the roots of the White Jasmine Order, however recent events have seen certain elements within the party to call for harsher measures against elements which had threatened the Republican way of life in Al'Badara, particularly those groups which had supported the Stephenists and NWO.
