Description[?]:

"Aldegar First"

The National Populist Party believes in the following:

~ Progressive taxation.
~ Good education for all citizens.
~ Higher education affordable by all citizens, including low-income.
~ Semi-Universal Health Care
~ Fair Trade
~ Government funded infrastructure.
~ Pro-Life
~ Strong national military.
~ Freedom and encouragement of religion.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The National Populist Party believes in progressive taxation. There is no reason that corporation owners should sit on billions of dollars while some hard working couples are barely able to scrape together a living. We also believe in a cap on personal inheritances.

We believe that every citizen has the right to higher education, and that the government should provide the opportunity even for low-income families.

We believe that the government should provide free public health care to all citizens, and that private clinics should be allowed but heavily regulated to insure a good quality of care to patients.

We believe in Fair Trade, instead of free trade. There is no reason that Aldegar should trade with other nations at it's own expense. All trades should be fair and mutually benefitial to all nations involved.

We believe that the government should invest heavily into the infrastructure of Aldegar, further promoting and encouraging economic growth and efficiency.

Lastly, we believe in a strong national military to defend the people of Aldegar against foreign threats. Defending our way of life, our people, and our culture is of the utmost importance. Without the ability to defend ourselves, the work and efforts of every Aldegaran could be undone.

Random quote: "Global warmers predict that global warming is coming, and our emissions are to blame. They do that to keep us worried about our role in the whole thing. If we aren't worried and guilty, we might not pay their salaries. It's that simple." - Kary Mullis
