| The Communist Party of Deltaria, founded in June 3100, is led by the Brilliant Helmsman, the Glorious Leader and the Great Philosopher Zulad Yahua who is the progenitor of Marxism-Leninism-Yahua Thought. Yahua Thought is the fuel which drives the wheel of history forward towards a new, glorious Red Dawn where all the people would be united under the fatherly, all-seeing eyes of the Great Helmsman.
