Leadership & History: 3304-07 Party President & Chair of the Party Congress: Tobias Barrett Deputy-Chair of the Party Congress & Chair of the Party's Committee on Strategy & Political Affairs: Philip Helgren The Party was founded in response to a pamphlet by independent journalist Tobias Barrett, in which he called for a new party to reinvigorate Aldegarian liberal republicanism & fealty to the constitution.
