Nation[?]: Federale Republiek van Seridjan (Saridan)

Seats[?] in Volksraad (People's Council)[?]: 0

Description[?]:

History:

The party was founded in 3348 by Anton Popov as a left-wing initiative to revitalize the country's democratic structures, which were practically stagnated at the time. The party eventually earned 228 seats in the parliament, having another left-oriented party (the now extinct People's Communist Party) as opposition. After having much of its legislation approved (mostly oriented towards social justice, centralization and civil rights), the Kommunistiese-Kaminskist Werkers Party loss several seats, given the surging of a new wave of conservative parties and movements.
Although the Party has lost much of its strenghth, it is still considered as an important political force in Saridan. The Party is now commited to the fight against fascism and for equality and democracy.
The KKWP is also the only party ever to have native Ikpi natives in the composition of a cabinet: Maurice Khwetsube, Georg Mntungwa, and Friedrik Madiba, political theoricist and philosopher.

In September 3372 several socialist leaders from other smaller and scattered groups met with the Kaminskist leader Anton Popov and planned the creation of the ULP - Unitary Left Platform, an internal coalition. Left oriented groups and the KKWP now come united under the same group. All members of the ULP are granted full rights of membership to the KKWP and are granted seats in the parliament among KKWP MPs. The people occupying these seats are chosen by the Comission for Tendency Representation of the ULP. The ULP became official in November of the same year.
The second largest group of the ULP became an official party: the Saridanese Socialist Party, and formed a coalition with the KKWP.

Political Views:

Even though the party is mostly radical-leftist, it is dislodged, however, from most of international communist refferences, by adopting the doctrine of Kaminsky, which defends an open communist state, and rejects excess bureaucracy, replacing it by mass democracy. Being the largest leftist platform in Saridan, the Party does willingly include mainstream communists, social democrats, anticapitalists, moderate socialists, ecossocialists, feminists and Hosian communists within its numbers, the majority of which acquired membership of the party through the creation of the ULP.

Communist-Kaminskyist presidents and key politicians:

Anton Popov - Staatspresident and Head of Government from 3406 (Red Revolution) to 3417 (three legislatures)

Georg Mntungwa - Staatspresident and Head of Government from 3417 to 3422

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
