HULSTERREICHER FORTSCHRITTSPARTEI Die Hulsterreicher Fortschrittspartei (HFP, English: Hulsterian Progress Party) is a political movement established in 3643 in Hulstria and Gao-Soto. It was founded by several factions of the society that have been ignored for decades by the elitist governments. HFP is proud of being the representative of the true people and being the advocate of every kind of liberty and freedom in every branch of Hulstrian society. It is not an ideological party however it is usually affiliated with center-left and third-way. It promotes social stability, peace and a reliable goverment in the motherland and a strong vision in the foreign arena. HFP believes that individual liberties and family values can walk hand to hand. HFP IN A NUTSHELL Position: Center-left, third-way Free market and agrarian government Environmentalism Progressivism and nationalism Feminism and Minority Rights Individual liberties and Family Values at the same time Same distance to every religion Our Policies as decided on Foundation Convention - environmentalism at its best - a stable and uniform position to our neighbors, "love thy neighbor" - always trying to help countries in need however Hulstria first - Big Stick diplomacy - mostly free market policies, any individual effort to start a business should be encouraged - a strong, sustainable agricultural base in the rural areas, targeting to become the bread basket of the region, "full mouths" - a steady industrial program supported by tax cuts, enforced by rigid regulations - government owned factories and industries should be promoted - an independent central bank, to bail out major industries and regulate inflation for the sake of a stable economy - any foreign investment is welcome, job creation is a significant focus for HFP, "full pockets" - creation of a strong intelligence agency to prevent motherland from the foreign covert operations - peaceful and non-aggressive police force and national guard for extraordinary measures - national defense is vital to survive, therefore a modern and able army - creation of National Security Council, a yearly council consisting of the Monarch (optional), the Staatsminister, Minister of Defense, Minister of Interior, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Science and Technology, Commanders of Armed Forces (4 of them: army, navy, air force, national guard) each having a vote deciding on vital topics of the motherland - a fair justice system, which treats equally to every citizen of Hulstria and Gao Soto without any discrimination or prejudice. - a welfare system ,"necessary evil" - free healthcare system to every household with less income than a certain amount which will be decided on later - free transportation throughout country to every student, unemployed, and senior citizen - paid maternity leave to every women for 12 weeks and free healthcare support to newborn for 6 months - an overall revised education system including smaller numbers of students assigned to each teacher, better education for teachers, biannually held performance tests and many more - being teacher will be a honorable occupation again - freedom to women, ethnic minorities, religious minorities, and LGBT people in every branch of the society - more policies will be added in the future LEADERSHIP OF THE HFP Parteiobmann: K.
